FIT 112 - Core Strength
This course focuses on knowledge, skill, and application to maintain and enhance muscular endurance, strength, and flexibility of core muscles. Core muscles include the abdominal, back, and lumbopelvic regions. Activities incorporate body weight, hand weights, exercise bands, and other associated fitness activities. Course is graded credit/no credit. Offered fall and winter semesters.
