FIT 143 - Core and Spin

This course provides instruction on select indoor cycling and core strength methods. Combining a core workout and spin workout complements a well-rounded physical fitness program. Students will learn skills and knowledge in both cycling and core activities during the semester. This is a high intensity work-out. Courses is graded credit/no credit. Offered every semester.
