CIS 655 - Cloud Applications Development
Current and emerging techniques for developing applications supported by cloud computing technologies. Infrastructure-as-a-service (IaaS) (e.g., virtualization), Platform-as-a-service (PaaS) (e.g., cloud platforms), and Software-as-a-service (SaaS) (e.g., on-demand applications) will be explored. Cloud-specific concerns such as security and geographic implications, full-stack development, and big data are also included, among others. Offered winter semester. Prerequisite: Admission to M.S.-ACS or M.S.-cybersecurity.
