Minor in Cannabis Operations Management
Requirements
This is a 20-credit minor that includes nine badge credits in cannabis operations, and six certificate credits in cannabis operations and community planning.
1. Required Courses (14 credits):
- HTM 117 - Customer Satisfaction in the Hospitality Industry (1 credit)
- HTM 217 - Cannabis and Culture (3 credits)
- HTM 242 - Cannabis Regulations and Tourism (3 credits)
- HTM 290 - HTM Field Experience I (2 credits) OR HTM 390 - HTM Field Experience II (2 credits) depending on previous level of completed HTM internships
- HTM 317 - Responsible Cannabis Operations (3 credits)
- HTM 390 - HTM Field Experience II (2 credits) OR HTM 490 - HTM Senior Internship (2 credits) depending on previous level of completed HTM internships
2. Elective Course - pick one of the following (3 credits):
- CJ 101 - Justice and Society (3 credits) (Social and Behavioral Sciences)
