MGT 429 - Staffing Organizations

This course addresses the concepts, practices, and techniques related to staffing (i.e., HR planning, recruiting, and selection). It focuses on the strategic acquisition, deployment, and retention of talent. Legal, ethical, societal, and global issues in staffing are explored. Concepts are transferred to practice through integrative assignments, case studies, and/or projects. Offered fall and winter semesters. Prerequisites: MGT 333 and admitted to Seidman College of Business or by permit.
