Approach to Therapy: My approach to therapy is integrative with the client at the center and consists of assisting individuals in becoming more effective and self-reliant when in the process of resolving problems. I utilize a combination of different theoretical methods including Solution-Focused Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). My intention in therapy is to develop a secure and reassuring space to uplift clients while promoting advocacy and empowerment as they work towards their personal goals along their mental health and wellness journey by fostering resilience, coping skills, and self-awareness. I pride myself on supporting the needs of those I work with respect, empathy, and gentleness.
