Approach to Therapy: I strive to take an integrative and holistic approach designed to address each individual's unique strengths and needs. My highest priority is ensuring that the therapeutic space and relationship are safe, comfortable, and trustworthy, allowing clients to explore, express, and empower their most authentic selves. My hope is for clients to feel validated and supported as they navigate their personal journey, with improvements in relationships, overall health, identity exploration, and alignment with their values.

Self-Care:

  • Movement of any kind including strength training, long walks, HIIT, yoga, Pilates, pickleball, tennis, and intramural sports
  • Gardening (including houseplants!)
  • Coffee & Electrolytes
  • Quality time with family & friends – especially if playing games (euchre, Settlers of Catan, chess, Skip-Bo)!
  • Technology/social media breaks

Fun Fact/s:

  • I’m a certified personal fitness trainer and licensed REALTOR.
  • I changed my major 4 times and dropped out twice while I was in undergrad – but I made it!!
  • I love stand-up comedy and prefer a comedy show over a concert.
