Approach to Therapy: My approach to therapy emphasizes the importance of the mind and body connection so that a person can better feel and understand their healing journey. I also find it important to always address and acknowledge the overall effects different systems have on students’ lives that may be impacting their wellbeing. My goal is to be able to provide a safe, comfortable, and supportive therapeutic space for all clients so that healing can begin.
