Approach to Therapy: My approach to therapy centers on building a collaborative, honest relationship where we show up genuinely as ourselves in the room. I pull from a variety of theoretical orientations including interpersonal process therapies and acceptance and commitment theory. Together, we will examine the past, the here and now, as well as larger structural forces that have impact to develop adaptive coping strategies.
