Approach to Therapy:

My approach to therapy is strengths-based, holistic, and integrative with elements of acceptance and commitment therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and feminist and person-centered perspectives. While these approaches help lay a foundation, I believe therapy works best when guided by each individual client's goals and needs.  I respect, value, and celebrate all identities and strongly believe the most important part of this work is to ensure the therapeutic space and relationship are safe, comfortable, and trustworthy places for you to explore, express, and empower your full authentic self.
