All admitted CSD undergraduate students are assigned an academic advisor in the CSD Department. All CSD academic advisors are faculty in the department, and therefore, knowledgable about advising concerns related to the CSD curriculum and any other advising related to (but not limited to) graduation requirements, letters of recommendation, applying to graduate schools, etc.
Our CSD academic advisors are available to meet in person, over phone, or on Zoom.
If your questions are general in nature (and does not require individualized advising), please consider visiting the organization site "CSD Undergraduate Students" on GVSU's Blackboard. All group advising is held via Zoom, and previous group advising sessions are recorded and made available on this site. If you are an admitted CSD major and you do not yet have access to this site on GVSU's Blackboard portal, then please contact the CSD Department to subscribe ([email protected]).
