GVSU CSO Campus Visit Program Post-Visit Survey 2024/2025

This form is to be completed by all students attending your scheduled campus visit before the visit date. The purpose of the survey is to understand better what students already know about higher education, what students want to learn more about higher education, and how we have made an impact on students through our programming. We also want to know how we can continue to improve our program to serve our students better!

Thank you for continuing to support our programming and mission! We appreciate your honest feedback and will continue to work hard to serve our students in the best way we can.
