From Sarah:

I spent the early part of my 34-year teaching career in Washington, D.C. and Colombia, South America. I finished my career as an instructor in English, social studies, and theater in Forest Hills Public Schools, where I served as department chair for 15 years and continued my interest in overseas schools by establishing connections with schools in the Caribbean, Rwanda, and South Africa.
