Coming from a family of accountants, it was not difficult for Blythe to decide to earn a degree in accounting or choose to attend Grand Valley State University.
Blythe’s high school emphasized the great return on investment at Grand Valley in terms of academics and extra-curricular activities, as well as the small class sizes and friendly atmosphere. These were all important characteristics for Blythe and he knew it was a good place to spend his next four years. Not to mention the growth of Grand Rapids, especially in the accounting field.
