African Student Council is hosting an interactive virtual cooking segment via Zoom. Members will display how to prepare a native cultural dish from the continent of Africa (fried plantains). This event will go over clear instructions on how to make the dish. The event will also include games and activities to get to know members and attendees. Viewers will be able to participate by also preparing this simple, yet delicious dish at home.
If you're looking for an easy sweet snack and some casual conversation, then join us on some cultural discussions and learn how to cook your own delicious plantain treats!
