Uniform Color Company (UCC) manufactures high-quality custom color concentrates for the thermoplastics industry. In markets where color control and consistency are critical automotive, furniture, appliance, cosmetics and housewares we are a preferred supplier, known for precision color, technical expertise and outstanding product performance.
Description of the Tasks/Projects Completed
I managed projects, some my own, and some management was filling in for absent engineers. I also was responsible for drafting plant layouts and parts. I frequently attended team meetings and organized a few of my own meetings. Worked closely with engineers, maintenance techs, leadership, and other employees to design solutions for projects.

This coop experience has helped me attain my goal of being a leader. The project leadership is a large contributor to this experience. Also the job is challenging, which is one of my career goals, to get a challenging job.
