FTCH is an architectural engineering company that is employee owned. A unique aspect about the company is that all aspects of building engineering are covered in house allowing projects to be well communicated, organized, efficient, and executed. FTCH has offices in MI, IL, OH, & IN with roughly 400 employees.
Description of the Tasks/Projects Completed
Assisted in design work of building mechanical and HVAC systems. Commissioned new buildings to ensure systems are functioning to specifications. Commissioned existing buildings to find energy conservation measures and to diagnose ongoing issues.
Skills/Knowledge Gained Through The Experience
Teamwork in working with other engineering disciplines. Professionalism in dealing with clients. Technical skills in applying engineering techniques.
