Description of the Organization
My final co-op rotation consisted of me working with customer's, developing manufacturing processes for their medical devices, qualifying validating these processes, then finally moving these processes into production in the clean rooms.
Description of the Tasks/Projects Completed
I often worked directly with customers to understand their needs and desires of the projects. I drafted project specifications and qualification protocols. I often had a hand in the manufacturing processes as well.
Skills/Knowledge Gained Through The Experience
Through my co-op at Rose, the most valuable skill that I exercised was personal and communication skills.
Favorite Part of the Experience
My favorite part of this experience is the relationships that I have developed with my co-workers.
How the Experience Influenced Future Career Goals
This has influenced my future career goals in the sense that I now understand that being an engineer is just the first step in my career.
