Description of the Tasks/Projects Completed

I collaborated closely with manufacturing engineers and technicians to enhance the ergonomics, optimize cycle times, and increase throughput across some of the highest-volume work centers in the facility. Additionally, I supported the ramp-up of new products to full production capacity, ensuring a smooth transition from the safe launch phase to active manufacturing.

Skills/Knowledge Gained Through The Experience

I deepened my understanding of various manufacturing processes, including assembly line optimization and quality control, while gaining proficiency in CAD software for design and analysis. Additionally, I acquired hands-on experience in the assembly of printed circuit boards (PCBs), specifically for automotive and other high-precision industries. This experience allowed me to explore the intricacies of PCB design, material selection, and the unique requirements of industries with stringent performance and reliability standards.
