Description of the Organization
The Whitecaps are the High-A affiliate of the Detroit Tigers. They are a Minor League baseball team with a front office size of 50 employees with around 300 seasonal staff.
Description of the Tasks/Projects Completed
As a member of the Promo Team, I was responsible for running on-field games, finding fans to play games with, and working with the mascots. We have a variety of tasks for each game that could be assigned and we would work together as a team to run the game.

Favorite Part of the Experience
I loved creating a fun-filled environment for the fans attending the games. It was amazing to see fans come back for multiple games and the environment this team creates.
How the Experience Influenced Future Career Goals
It has made me further realize my desire to work for a MiLB team. It creates a community and atmosphere that I could see myself thriving in and enjoying every day.
