Description of the Tasks/Projects Completed
I did a lot of different design tasks over the winter 19. creating an A-Frame for shipping purposes, creating a Solidworks lineup for couple cases next to each other. evolving the butcher block toppers to have the right dimension. creating the end bumper to secured the cases. adding a tube of black silicone to a couple of cases. re-engineered couple of the drawing to have the machines making them.
Skills/Knowledge Gained Through The Experience
l learned a lot more about communication skill(speaking, listening, and writing ),the ability to (plan, make decisions, solve problem, and accept and learn from criticism). l learned a lot more about Solidworks effectively and working thought the whole design process. l also learned about sales and marketing.
Favorite Part of the Experience
Since it was my first rotation, a big part that I felt it is getting better is communication.

This experience influenced me to strengthen my professional relationships, gain new experiences. setting a deadlines to motivate, expand my limit and professional knowledge and training.
