CUSTOMER SERVICE

This office (616-331-3000) serves as the primary two-way channel of communication between Facilities staff and customers, processing over 30,000 work orders (requests for service) per year. The office is staffed Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. during the academic year and 7:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. during the summer.

Tami joined the Facilities Services Department in November 2021 as the Facilities Services Assistant. Leading the Customer Services area, she is the contact with campus customers and Facilities Services supervisors;  while overseeing and maintaining the Customer Service operations. Tami has been at Grand Valley State University since 2007, previously working in the Records Office and Event Services. Outside of work, Tami enjoys spending time with her husband and two sons, reading, traveling, and anything sports.

Letitia (nickname Tisha) received her Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Criminal Justice from Adrian College.  She started at GVSU in June of 2019 as Office Coordinator for University Counseling Center.  In April 2022, she joined Facilities Services as Office Coordinator-Customer Service. She enjoys going on walks, spending time with friends/family, and relaxing with a good book.
