Fellowships
The prestigious Wallace-Carver Fellowship offers exceptional college and graduate students the opportunity to collaborate with world-renowned scientists and policymakers through paid fellowships at leading USDA research centers and offices across the United States. Fellows take part in ground-breaking field and laboratory-based research, analyze agriculture and economic policy; and assist in the management of food, nutrition and rural development programs. The USDA Wallace-Carver Fellows program offers full time, paid, eight to twelve week summer fellowships at USDA research centers and agencies across the United States. The fellowship includes a unique opportunity to participate in a high-level week-long Leadership Symposium hosted by the U.S. Department of Agriculture headquarters in Washington, D.C. Symposium travel, accommodations, and meals are provided by USDA.
