If you would like your eligibility for the Federal TEACH Grant reviewed, please submit the information below. You must submit a new application each academic year that you would like to receive the TEACH Grant. You must also complete TEACH Grant Counseling and aTEACH Grant Agreement to Serve or Repay at https://studentaid.gov.
