Jessica
Molloy, a part-time English faculty member, died October 25, 2024.
She was 43 years old.
Molloy was a Grand Valley graduate who earned a master's degree in education, literary studies, in 2017. She joined Grand Valley's faculty in 2021. Molloy was pursuing a doctoral degree in English education at Western Michigan University.
Memorial contributions are suggested to Allies for Greyhounds or AYA Youth Collective.
Retired staff member
Jerry
Bosch, retired service staff specialist for Facilities Services'
maintenance department, died October 26, 2024. He was 69.
Bosch worked for Grand Valley for 32 years, from 1988-2020.
Memorial contributions are suggested to the Corewell Health Hospice and Palliative Care or the American Cancer Society.

William
Boomgaard, retired HVAC specialist, died October 30, 2024. He was 90.
Boomgaard worked for what used to be called Plant Services for 30 years, from 1966-1996.
Memorial Contributions may be made to Trinity Health at Home Hospice-Grand Haven or the St. Mary’s Catholic Church-Food Pantry.
