A workshop just for students! Dr. McCown will help students experience three quick and simple practices to focus attention and regulate emotion anytime, anywhere. Together, we’ll look at the science supporting mindfulness and other contemplative approaches to wellness, and learn how we can apply these understandings to improve academic performance, relationships with friends and family, and even work and career. Most importantly, we’ll investigate the ways that we can help each other keep calm and connected, however crazy our days may get!
