Thanks to the generosity of more than 11,000 donors, the 2020/2021 fiscal year set a record giving level of more than $45 million raised. The endowment also hit a record $174.9 million. Much of the growth came in support for donor-funded scholarships which now number 575, helping thousands of students. Alumni giving also saw a substantial increase of 129.9% this fiscal year with many new donors giving for the first time. As the university continues to attract learners at all stages of their educational journey, the need for new programs and support services continues to grow. We appreciate the increasing support for Grand Valley students from donors and look forward to another great year in 2021/2022.
