Donnalee Holton is an advocate for education, health care, and the arts. As a former member of the Grand Valley State University Board of Trustees and through the Grand Valley University Foundation, she has been involved with the Cook-DeVos Center for Health Sciences campaign and the WGVU Public Broadcasting campaign. Donnalee received the YWCA Tribute Award, the Michigan Women's Foundation Woman of Achievement & Courage Award, the Grand Rapids Symphony Bravo Award, the Community Service Award from the Grand Valley State University Education Department, and The 2012 Edward Frey Sr. Distinguished Achievement Award from the Junior Achievement of West Michigan.
