Edward (Ed) Clark is the chairman and CEO of the American Seating Company where he has held this position since 1986. He is a graduate of Ohio State University with a Bachelor of Science and the University of Pennsylvania with a Master of Business Administration. He is chairman of the Membership Committee of the Grand Valley University Foundation, and is on the Advisory Board of the Seidman School of Business.
