Edward (Ed) Hanenburg is a prolific and successful farming entrepreneur in the West Michigan area. He has been appointed by Governor Engler to the Michigan Dairy Marketing Program Board, and was a member of State of Michigan Agricultural Environmental Assurance Program Committee. Ed was also a member of the Ottawa County Planning Commission, where he oversaw creation of the county planning library, a collection of resources to assist elected officials and interested citizens addressing difficult planning challenges. Ed is passionate about education and helped create the Coopersville Promise Scholarship at Grand Valley State University.
