Michael Gouin-Hart, a recent Master of Public Administration graduate published a review essay in Public Administration Review, the flagship journal of the American Society for Public Administration. Michael's piece was described by a professor as "an excellent example of incisive writing and critical thinking, blending the liberal arts with the professions".
