Three dates for community conversations about Michigan's future
will be held in November, sponsored by Grand Valley's Hauenstein
Center for Presidential Studies and The Center for Michigan.
The series of town hall meetings will be held at Loosemore
Auditorium, DeVos Center, on November 3 at 7 p.m., November 12 at 7
p.m., and November 18 at 9 a.m.
The topic, "Michigan's Defining Moment" is a way to
get people talking about Michigan's challenges and opportunities and
develop a common ground agenda to help guide the decisions of state
and local leaders.
The town hall meetings are free and open to the public but
seating is limited. For more information, contact the Hauenstein
Center at (616) 331-2770 or visit www.allpresidents.org or www.thecenterformichigan.net.
