Several new events have been added to the line-up for Grand Valley’s Family Weekend, which runs October 2-4.
The weekend kicks off Friday evening with “Grand Valley’s Got Talent,” featuring performers ranging from a national championship yo-yo artist to salsa dancers.On Saturday, Samples of Salsa offers artwork, handcrafted jewelry and authentic Hispanic food, in conjunction with Hispanic Heritage month. Other events include a 5k walk/run, Farmers Market and Habitat for Humanity Lost and Found Sale.
