GVSU Family Health Center offers H1N1 vaccines

The GVSU Family Health Center, 72 Sheldon Blvd. SE in Grand Rapids, will offer the H1N1 vaccines and nasal mists for Grand Valley students, faculty and staff members, their spouses and dependents and retirees.

Vaccines will be administered at the center on the following date:

• Wednesday, December 2, 3:30-6:30 p.m.

There is no cost for faculty and staff members, their spouses and dependents; however, those connected to Grand Valley should bring their G-number to verify their employment.

Students and community members should bring their insurance information. Insurance carriers will be billed only for the administrative fee.

The nurse-managed center is operated by the Kirkhof College of Nursing. For more information, call the center at 988-8774. Regular hours are Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays from 9 a.m.-5 p.m., and Wednesdays from 11 a.m.-7 p.m.
