Next up in the Arts at Noon Series is Ars Antiqua with violinist Rachel Barton Pine, at noon on Wednesday, November 3, in the Cook-DeWitt Center, Allendale Campus.
Violin virtuoso Rachel Barton Pine performs worldwide as a chamber
musician and soloist. The baroque violin is one of her areas of
research interest and performance.
For this concert she is joined by the Chicago-based period
instrument ensemble Ars Antiqua. Together they will perform of one of
the high marks of western music: Vivaldi's "The Four Seasons."
