Grand Valley provides busing for students on Election Day

Transportation will be provided for Grand Valley State University students voting in Allendale on Election Day, Tuesday, November 2. Provided by Grand Valley’s Student Senate, a charter bus will run every 30 minutes from noon-8 p.m. from the Kirkhof Center to the polling location, Allendale Christian Reformed Church.

Allendale Township Clerk Candy Kraker said there are approximately 700 to 1,000 Grand Valley students registered in Ottawa County. The Student Senate worked with Grand Valley’s Office of Student Life and the President’s Office to provide busing for students.
