Campus Dining will soon publish a cookbook of recipes collected from university chefs, students, faculty and staff members.
Proceeds from the cookbook, "Food for Life," will benefit
Relay for Life, the 12-hour team event held in April and sponsored by
the student organization CARE.
Executive Chef Paul Mixa and Tammie Luce, from Campus Dining,
compiled more than 90 recipes they received from the campus community.
The cookbook will include recipes for appetizers, entrees and
desserts. “For years we wanted to do a cookbook, but now we have the
opportunity to do that and raise money for Relay for Life,” said
Mixa.
Food for Life will be available for about $10 at all Campus
Dining locations.
