The second annual Michigan Film Festival takes place Nov. 12-14 in
downtown Grand Rapids. All events are free and open to the public.
Screenings of eight full-length feature films, 22 short films,
and five documentaries, and 13 workshops and panels will take place
during the festival. Partnering venues include Grand Rapids Art Museum
(GRAM), Urban Institute for the Contemporary Arts (UICA) and Grand
Valley State University’s Loosemore Auditorium, in DeVos Center, 401
W. Fulton, on the Pew Grand Rapids Campus.

The films being screened at the MFF include submissions from
other festivals throughout the state, including Saugatuck’s Waterfront
Film Festival, the Traverse City Film Festival, the East Lansing Film
Festival, the Detroit Independent Film Festival, the Ann Arbor Film
Festival, the Arab Film Festival, and ThrillerChiller!
