Registration for Know Your Numbers

Registration is open for the second "Know Your Numbers GVSU!" Clinical Health Risk Assessment campaign for benefit-eligible faculty and staff members, spouses and household members.

The free, voluntary, confidential 10-minute assessment takes place in January at campus sites and includes a short health questionnaire and blood draw. Each participant will receive a comprehensive report which provides a personal health profile and identifies strategies for health maintenance and improvement. Nurses from Interactive Health Solutions will be available in January for the appointments.
