Students in the fourth and fifth grades at Campau Park Elementary School toured Grand Valley on April 22 to learn more about the university’s recycling and sustainability programs.
Steve Leeser, operations supervisor in Facilities Services, said their visit followed a visit on April 21 by staff members from Michigan State University’s sustainability program, who wanted to tour Grand Valley’s operations.
