Automotive suppliers can learn from area attorneys about the latest
legal issues relating to their businesses at a conference sponsored by
the Van Andel Global Trade Center at Grand Valley State University.
Attorneys will focus on the legal aspects of commercial
relationships and current trends in warranty, contract terms and
conditions, supply chain negotiations and risk management.
Presentations will include case study reviews of Chrysler’s new terms
and conditions, as well as Chrysler’s and GM’s new warranty cost
allocation programs. The conference will also feature an extensive
question and answer session.
