Dance, Music students show skills in performance

Grand  Valley State University Music and Dance students showcased their skills Monday night in a performance called "The Spanish Tradition: Manuel de Falla, El Corregidor y la Molinera."

The performance featured flamenco music and song, pantomime and dance.

"The Magistrate and the Miller's Wife" featured choreography interpreted by GVSU dance faculty member Shawn T Bible. His choreography was based on a previous work by composer Manuel de Falla.

The performance took place in the Louis Armstrong Theatre inside GVSU's Performing Arts Center.
