Enjoy an evening indulging in chocolate desserts and participating
in a silent auction during the Women's Center annual fundraiser set
for Thursday, February 17.
"Indulge in a Cause" will run from 5-7:30 p.m. in the
Eberhard Center. Desserts from area restaurants and bakeries will be
featured and participants can enter silent auctions for prize
packages. A jazz band will provide entertainment for the evening.
Proceeds from the event will benefit the Women's Center Program
Endowment and the Non-traditional Endowment Scholarship for students
who might not otherwise receive financial aid.
Advance tickets for the event are $30 for the general public and
$10 for Grand Valley students. Tickets can be purchased by calling the
Women's Center at x12748 or visiting the website www.gvsu.edu/women_cen and
searching under "News." Tickets purchased at the event are
$35 for the general public and $10 for students.
