The seventh annual Fitness and Wellness Expo will be held on
Wednesday, January 26, from 11 a.m.-1:30 p.m. in the Kirkhof Center,
Grand River Room.
Resources and local services geared toward healthy lifestyles
will be available, including cooking demonstrations from Meijer,
massages, prizes and more. More than 30 vendors will be available
including MVP Sportsplex, Encompass, YMCA of Greater Grand Rapids and UMR.
