The new Michigan State Trade and Export Promotion (STEP) pilot
grant to assist exporters will be discussed at a forum sponsored by
Grand Valley State University’s Van Andel Global Trade Center.
The November 17 event will provide companies information on how
to quality for expert assistance through new export financing
incentives as well as updates on the many resources available to
support export activities throughout the state.
Keynote speaker Fred Hochberg, chairman and president of
Export-Import Bank, will discuss the new financing incentives and how
it works with businesses throughout the world facilitating
international trade.
