Mark Santillano Dance Concert

Guest artist Mark Santillano of SoMar Dance Works, will give an informal dance concert Friday, February 25, at 7 p.m., Room 1600 - Dance Studio Theatre, Performing Arts Center, Allendale Campus.

The concert will feature his own modern dance company and GVSU Dance Ensemble dancers. Dancers will perform amazing silhouettes and images of pop-culture through the stacking of their bodies, set by former Pilobolus dancer Santillano, and former Momix dancer, Solveig Santillano. The guest artists will also perform several of their own works.

Mark and Solveig are in residence setting a dance for the GVSU Spring Dance Concert, to be performed on April 15-16.
