Running Club 5K to benefit local nonprofit

The Grand Valley Running Club (GVRC) will host its second annual Grand Valley Turkey Trot 5K Race to raise money and provide food for Kids’ Food Basket of Grand Rapids, an organization that serves thousands of children sack meals every day.

The race will take place at 9 a.m. on Saturday, November 19, on the Allendale Campus. Registration begins at 7:30 a.m. in the Kirkhof Center and participants can register online at www.michianatiming.com/registration for $15 or during the day of the race for $20.
