Wheelhouse Talks features Mark Murray

Mark Murray, president of Meijer Inc. and former president of Grand Valley State University, is the latest speaker for the 2011-12 Wheelhouse Talks sponsored by the Hauenstein Center for Presidential Studies.

The monthly Wheelhouse Talks feature leaders who will share their philosophy and experience. Murray’s talk is scheduled for Wednesday, October 19, from 12:30-1:30 p.m. at the Kroc Community Center, 2500 S. Division. in Grand Rapids.

November 9: Luisa Schumacher, executive director of the West Michigan Center for Arts and Technology
November 30: H. James Williams, dean of Grand Valley’s Seidman College of Business
January 18: Marsha Rappley, dean of Michigan State University’s College of Human Medicine
February 8: Andy Dillon, state treasurer
March 14: Mayra Martinez, founder of Mi Raza Association of Commerce
April 11: Rick DeVos, founder of ArtPrize
