The next Diversity Brownbag Series event will feature a
presentation by Levi Rickert, editor-in-chief and co-founder of Native News Network, an
online American Indian publication based in Michigan.
Rickert’s presentation, “American Indians Today,” will take
place on Thursday, November 8, from noon-1 p.m. in room 2204 of the
Kirkhof Center.
Rickert, former executive director of the North American Indian
Center of Grand Rapids, will discuss his travel experiences to 25
American Indian reservations throughout the U.S.
The event is in conjunction with Native American Heritage Month
