Grand Valley engineering and computing day features life-changing projects

A remote-controlled lawn mower designed for a man with quadriplegia and a personal electric vehicle built for a 2-year-old with spina bifida will be part of Grand Valley State University’s Project Day April 19. It is hosted by the Padnos College of Engineering and Computing.

More than 150 students from schools in the Grand Rapids area are expected to attend Project Day to see what Grand Valley students are working on and to expose them to how engineering and computing is relevant to everyday life.
